Week #1 Questions

  1. How do you feel about the intensity of 1 minute sets?

I like one minute sets because I can do each exercise at my own pace, but at the same time give myself a challenge an d push myself to see how many reps I can get in a minute. However, sometimes I start off by pushing myself too hard, and then by the time I get halfway through the exercises I’m tired and I feel like I cannot last the whole minute.

2. Identify 1 exercise that you liked and explain why.

I liked the plank because it is an exercise that I feel I’m improving on and can hold myself up longer the more I do it.

3. Identify 1 exercise that you disliked and explain why.

I disliked the chair dips because I have a difficult time doing them and cannot do that many reps. It’s hard to push myself for the 1 minute set of chair dips because I feel as if it’s too hard for me.

4. Comment on your ability to fit a workout into your schedule each week?

I can always find half an hour every other day to do a workout, however I find it more motivating to have times or days set to do a workout. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to do that with my schedule because my it changes from week to week, but I can still manage to find the time on a weekday and the weekend.
